   I am MaYao, male, an undergraduate of grade 97 at Power Engineering & Automation Department , Southeast University.
   I knew something about your company before and a deep impression of its high technology, high quality employees and scientific management. I hope to become a member of the company, give full play to my talent in devoting myself to the company.
   The following is some of my conditions:
1. I joined the Communist Party of China in the University. As a communist, I am strict with myself, work hard persistently to make myself improved in every aspect.
2. I am full of energy and have been working hard, so I gain the first class scholarship.
3. I am full of self-confidence and zeal . The self-confidence is based on persistent hard working and consistent improving of competence. I have ideal and goal, but in my mind the most essential is the practical work for the goal .
4. During the long term of my school life, my firm and persistent character has been trained,    and my strong self-control ability, special study method has been developed, these are the foundation of facing challenge.
5. I always work as a student leader, have strong organization ability, good team work and communication ability and have high sense of responsibility adaptability.
6. My interesting is extensive. I have my own view on many problems.
7. To me, the return is not the first , and the most important is dedication and being respected.
8. I have good physical conditions. I like sports, so I always participated in all kinds of sports and got good records.
   I also have many weakness, for example, less experience, less production knowledge, and as a young man I am more idealism.
