在许多外企眼中,哈商简历提供的信息经过苦心挖掘和精心筛选,言简意赅,非常符合商业规范要求。求职者会把某一信息的卖点写足,不会浪费笔墨在没有明显沟通效力、与求职不相关或者没必要在简历中介绍的信息上,为招聘人员节省了大量时间和精力。1998年前后,我第一次看到国内毕业生开始采用哈佛商学院毕业生简历的格式,为之一振。像这样的简历我一定会把它从头到尾看完,对于经历确实丰富的求职者我们会非常希望与他见上一面。因为采用这种简历格式的求职者显然已经领会了外企文化,并且乐于接受,这样的求职者才是我们所“追求”的人才。
